Quick and Savory Vegetable Soup

For a tastier soup, rub the inside of the pot with a clove of garlic.


Serves 6

  • 3 cups Pictsweet Mixed Vegetables
  • 1 (14.5 oz.) can drained and quartered sliced new potatoes
  • 1 (14.5 oz.) can undrained diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup water
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Combine all ingredients in a Dutch oven over high heat. Bring to a boil. Boil 3 minutes. Cover, reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Serve immediately or refrigerate.
