- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. Pictsweet frozen Peas and Carrots
- 4 ounces cooked and drained bowtie pasta
- 1/2 cup diced and roasted red pepper
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Cook pasta according to package directions. Place frozen peas and carrots in saucepan and cover with water. Place on stove top and bring to a boil. Boil for 3 minutes. Drain and set aside. In a skillet, heat red pepper and butter. Add cooked vegetables, hot pasta and salt and pepper. Heat thoroughly, stirring constantly.
