Green Pea Salad
- 2 cups Pictsweet frozen Green Peas
- 1/2 cup Pictsweet frozen Chopped Green Peppers
- 1 egg, hard-boiled and chopped
- 4 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons cider vinegar
Place frozen peas and peppers in a saucepan and cover with water. Place on stove top and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 3 minutes. Drain. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Toss gently to combine. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Serve cold.
