Dilled Pea Salad
An easy cold salad with an unforgettable taste that is sure to please.
- 4 cups Pictsweet frozen Green Peas
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup dill, chopped
- 1/4 cup chives, chopped
Place frozen peas in a saucepan and cover with water. Place on stove top and bring to a boil. Boil for 3 minutes. Drain. Combine remaining ingredients, stirring well. Add peas and toss gently. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours. Serve cold.
