Crunchy Pea Salad

Prepared ranch dressing gives this a special taste.


Serves 6

  • 3 cups Pictsweet frozen Green Peas
  • 1 cup Pictsweet frozen Cauliflower Florets
  • 8 ounce can sliced water chestnuts
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup prepared ranch dressing
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 4 slices cooked, crumbled bacon


Place frozen green peas and cauliflower in a saucepan and cover with water. Place on stove top and bring to a boil. Boil for 3 minutes. Drain. Combine green peas, cauliflower, water chestnuts, and green onions. Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, and ranch dressing. Pour over vegetables and toss to coat. Fold in pecans and sprinkle with bacon. Chill.
